We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving your order. 

To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

• Products must include their original packaging.
• Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Extended Holiday Return Period 

For UK.Morphe.com (including any Morphe social media channels) purchases of merchandise made on or after Friday October 31, 2025, through and including Tuesday, December 30, 2025, we offer an extended holiday return period as an exception to our normal Return Policy. So long as such merchandise is returned or exchanged on or before Friday, January 30, 2026. Any purchases made after Wednesday December 31, 2025, will follow our normal Return Policy guidelines. All other terms of our Return Policy continue to apply, including for merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase.
