Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

• Once an order is placed, it is auto-marked as fulfilled in our system. However, this does not mean it has shipped to your personal address.
• You will not receive a tracking number, as the kits are not shipped through our usual fulfillment center.

 Receiving Your Kit

• The college will distribute kits to students who placed orders.
• You can expect to receive your kit no later than the following week after placing your order.
• If you have questions about pickup timing, please contact your college directly.

Note: College Kits are exclusively available to enrolled Solihull College students. Orders placed by non-students will be refunded.
