If you've returned items to Morphe and are waiting for your refund, return confirmation, or an update on your return status, here’s how to check what’s happening and what to expect.
1. Verify That Your Return Was Shipped Back to Us
If you already posted your return, make sure you have:
- A return tracking number
- A proof of postage or receipt
- The carrier name (Royal Mail, Evri, etc.)
These details help confirm when your return was sent and delivered.
If you have not shipped the items yet, please follow the return instructions provided at the time of your request.
2. Track Your Return to See if It Has Been Delivered
Many customers check their return status by saying:
- “Tracking shows it was delivered.”
- “You received my return on [date].”
- “Here’s my tracking link / proof of postage.”
To check this yourself:
- Visit the carrier’s website
- Enter your tracking number
- Confirm the package has been delivered to our warehouse or returns facility
If tracking confirms delivery, your return has reached us.
3. Return Processing Timeline
Once your return is delivered, it goes through inspection before a refund can be issued.
Please allow 5–7 business days for our warehouse to:
- Receive and scan the return
- Inspect the items
- Approve the refund
If it has been fewer than 7 business days since the delivery date, your return may still be in processing.
4. When Will My Refund Reach My Account?
After your return is processed, your refund is issued to your original payment method.
Refund timing:
- 3–5 business days for most banks
- Some banks or credit card providers may take longer depending on their policies
If your refund is not showing yet, your bank may still be settling the transaction.
5. If You’re Checking In After Your Return Was Delivered
It’s completely normal to want an update after sending items back. Customers often reach out with questions such as:
- “My tracking says it was delivered — when will the refund arrive?”
- “It’s been a few weeks since I returned my items. Can you help check?”
- “I haven’t seen a confirmation yet. Is there anything else you need from me?”
If it’s been over 7 business days since the return was delivered, feel free to send us your order number and return tracking information so we can review the status for you.
