At Morphe, some items are designated as final sale. This means they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments once an order has been placed.

What does “final sale” mean?

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final sale items are often:

• Limited‑availability or limited‑time offerings
• Special value items or promotional bundles

How do I know if an item is final sale?

Final sale status is clearly communicated before purchase and is displayed on the product detail page, typically beneath the price.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Bundles, Collections, and Packaging Details

Some final sale items are sold as bundles or full collections. Please note:

• Bundle items may be individually packaged and not physically packaged together as a set
• These items are sold as retail products and are not PR packages

Even when items are packaged individually, the final sale policy still applies to the entire bundle or collection.

Full Collections Purchased Individually

If all items within a collection are purchased together — even if added individually to the cart — the order may still be considered a final sale collection, and the policy applies to all included items.

Exceptions
