I accidentally shipped my order to the wrong address. What can I do?Updated 19 days ago

1. Track Your Parcel

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your parcel’s status. Acting quickly gives you the best chance to redirect it.


2. Contact the Carrier

Reach out to the delivery company directly (Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, etc). They may offer:

  • Redirecting the parcel to a new address
  • Holding it at a local depot for collection

Carrier contact details are in your tracking information or on their website.


3. Check the Delivery Location

If the incorrect address is nearby, consider visiting or contacting the location. Many parcels are held by neighbours or businesses when delivered incorrectly.


4. Use Carrier Tools

  • Royal Mail Redirection: Allows you to redirect mail and parcels.
  • DPD Predict / Local: Lets you change delivery options or collect from a Pickup Shop.
  • Evri Parcel Redirect: Offers flexible delivery changes.


5. Contact Our Customer Support

If the carrier cannot recover your parcel, please reach out to us. While we can’t guarantee a replacement for orders shipped to the wrong address, we’ll review options and do our best to assist.
