Can I change my payment method after placing my order?Updated a month ago

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to change or update the payment method.

If you need to update your payment method, please request a cancellation (if your order is still processing) and place a new order using your preferred payment option.

Once an order begins processing, it may no longer be possible to cancel.

You can contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist if the order hasn’t yet shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you may return it once delivered for a refund in accordance with our Return Policy
